Apprentice Chef Adam Desmond at top of class

Adam Desmond began work as an Apprentice Chef at St John’s in June 2011 and soon after began his Food Preparation and Cookery qualification at Westminster College. He has now moved on to Level 3 of the award, coming top of his class of 16 students. Among them are apprentices from Le Gavroche, Maze and the Savoy Hotel.

The College recognised this outstanding achievement in a presentation in May, and Adam has commented that he is enjoying his course and time at St John’s.
