    Professor Richard Perham will retire from the Office of Master on 30 September 2007. The Fellows of the College are therefore seeking to elect a successor to hold office from 1 October 2007 and hope to be in a position to do so later this year.     Latest Choir Webcast now available
    The third and final webcast by the Choir is now available. The service is free but you will need to have a browser with flash installed on your PC to be able to listen on-line. This is a pilot project and the College is keen receive feedback on the service.  The College also welcomes donations in support of this service so that it may continue in the future.read more

    The Lady Margaret Boat Club was founded in 1825 and is the Boat Club of St John's College, Cambridge. It has its own Boathouse which was recently extended and modernised and which includes a well-equipped gym and a workshop. The Club is seeking a full-time Boat Club Manager.read more

  19. Johnian wins Sir Lionel Whitby Medal

    Johnian wins Sir Lionel Whitby Medal
    The Sir Lionel Whitby Medal has been awarded to Dr Mark Roberts of St John's College (BA 1991, MA 1995) for his work 'Characterisation of the immune response to vaccine antigens that exacerbate disease in a murine model of cutaneous leishmaniasis'. His work on the development of a vaccine for the life-threatening disease Leishmania was carried out at the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research.…read more
